#22: Eat at 10 new restaurants

This actually happened a week ago, but at the time I didn’t even think about it!   A new restaurant was built across the street from my housing development in a new shopping center.   We have several Mexican restaurants in the area, but this one looked like it might have something different to offer.

The restaurant is called Mexico Viejo, and it was a little more fine dining than the typical Mexican restaurant.  The food was plated in an appealing way, and the portions were a little smaller than the all-out pigfest I’m used to.  My husband and I both enjoyed it, and will definitely go back.  The bar seemed pretty nice as well – maybe we’ll grab a XX and a margarita next time.
